Question: I created an account and I need to verify my account, what do I do?


Answer: Account verification codes during sign up are sent to your email address. Please check your email to find your code. If you do not see an email in your inbox be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

Question: I'm a landlord/property manager: What are credits, and how do they work?


Answer: Each credit buys 1 financial report. Most landlords set up their application so they control which applicants can complete a report. Each customer receives unlimited applicants and screening questions, and may choose who of their applicants complete the financial report to control costs.

Question: I'm interested in renting an apartment, what is available?


Answer: Rentify provides applications and tenant screening verification to landlords and property management companies. Please direct all rental inquires to the organization you wish to apply to. The contact information for the organization you are applying is listed at the top of the application.

Question: How do I use 2 step bank verification?


Answer: A 1 time code will be texted to your phone. Enter the code sent to you via text to continue.

Question: I think my bank institution has blocked the verification from going through, what do I do?


Answer: Call your bank institution's customer support and let them know you would like to complete this request. Your bank may take time to unblock our service, so try again tomorrow if you still can't get the verification to complete.

Question: Do I have to pay a fee to use the bank verification?


Answer: No, the application costs are paid by the landlord.

Question: Is this secure and is my data protected?


Answer: Absolutely. Just like online banking, your connection to your bank during this process is encrypted. Our service further protects you by not capturing sensitive data. Your passwords, card numbers, account numbers and other critically important identifiable information is not accessed or stored. For more information, please read our privacy policy.
